On Tuesday Year 6 had an awesome ‘Outdoor Experience’ day at the University. We had a go at lots of different activities. My favourite one was bouldering where we went on different levels of difficulty on the climbing wall. I broke the Primary School bouldering record and everybody cheered.
We were all aching by the end from clinging on! We also did caving using mats and benches and we went outside for team games after lunch.
Finally, we had a go at the rope swing and swung between two mats, pretending the floor in-between was lava. The mats got further apart with every swing.
It was an excellent day and thank you to the University for organising it.
