Supporting the class teacher to prepare and deliver a wide range of learning activities, you will help create vibrant, safe and fun environments, which encourage natural curiosity and interest.  With an enthusiasm, you will inspire pupils to become both independent learners, and to support and learn from each other.

As a team player with a flexible and resilient approach, we can offer you the support and expertise to develop your own practise, and bring learning to life, enabling all pupils to develop and progress.  Activities may include supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis.

We offer, as part of the University of Chichester Academy Trust, added benefits and opportunities, for example specialised professional development from practitioners through cutting edge research. You will find whilst we remain uniquely different, we share a belief in creating a positive and enriching environment, where all staff feel valued.
