Home School Link Worker

We are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our pupils and believe in the importance of strong partnerships between home and school to ensure the best outcomes for our children.  We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Home School Link Worker to join our friendly Inclusion Team.  Our Inclusion Team works, across three schools located within 10 to 30 minutes of each other.  You will need to have good communication skills and be able to be the bridge between the pupils’ families and the schools. Your role will include supporting parents, families and pupils on a wide range of issues and helping to increase school attendance and punctuality.
