Salary: Trust Grade 2/3 points 3-8 depending on experience £24,027.00 to £24,790.00
Actual Salary: £17,449.71 / £10,469.39 - £10,796.69
Hours: 32 hours and 5 minutes per week, (8.30 am to 3.40 pm daily) / 19 hours and 15 minutes per week, over 3 days
Contract: Fixed term contract initially from the start date. 43.53 weeks per annum, term time only (38 weeks per annum) 1-year
Start Date: 3 February 2025
Closing Date: Monday 6 January 2025 at noon

You will be required to support the development of pupils’ teaching and learning and their physical and mental wellbeing on a one-to-one or in a small-group basis. As part of a team you will help to encourage and develop independent learning, promoting excellent behaviours and creating a vibrant, happy and exciting learning environment, enabling our children to achieve their best.
With a good knowledge and understanding of how to support learning for children and building effective relationships with children, staff and parents, you will assist in providing a wide range of activities and learning activities. Ensuring a safe environment, you will prepare and clear away materials and resources as required. With good interpersonal and communication skills, you will be organised, flexible and have the presence to inspire confidence and trust so as to develop and nurture independence. Some intimate care with children may be needed. Previous experience is essential.
