Academies Operations Officer

Kingsham Primary School is set in spacious grounds close to the centre of Chichester. The school has a strong sense of community for the 300+ pupils with a set of shared values which underpin the life of the school and drive the rich curriculum. The role of the Academies Operations Officer is pivotal to the effective running of our school. The successful candidate will have a passion for what they do and want to bring that passion to our supportive and collaborative staff team. If appointed, you will be joining The University of Chichester Academy Trust, which has a very strong reputation locally and nationally.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of finance and administrative practices and procedures to ensure the effective running of the school from a Finance and Human Resources perspective.

You will have well-developed interpersonal skills with a track record of making a positive impact within an organisation. You will enjoy contributing to making the school a successful and positive place for children and adults to learn and thrive.
