Salary: £27,803 - £30,296 per annum,

 Actual Salary: £22,542.97 - £24,564.32 pro rata salary per annum + shift allowance

 Part-Time 30 hrs per week Monday to Friday,

Split shift: 7am-10am 3pm – 6pm

Start Date: December 2024

Interview Date: W/B Monday 11th November 2024

 Closing Date: Friday 8th November 2024 at noon

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of our wonderful community at Stamshaw Infant School as our Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised and have a range of practical skills they can use to ensure the site is safe, secure and well maintained.

You will carry out a range of health and safety checks, maintain accurate records and liaise with outside contractors to ensure all statutory tests and checks are completed.

As a key holder you will be responsible for opening and closing the site and may occasionally be contacted outside of your regular hours in an emergency. You will be required to work a split shift for which you will receive an allowance.
