Salary Trust Band 2, £24,027 - £24,790 per annum
Salary equates to £18,118 - £18,693 per annum

We are looking to appoint a new colleague to join our team, as a Teaching Assistant. Supporting the class teacher to prepare and deliver a wide range of learning activities, you will help create vibrant, safe and fun environments, which encourage natural curiosity and interest. You will inspire pupils to become both independent learners, and to support and learn from each other. Activities may include supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis. Our Teaching Assistants are also Lunchtime Supervisors, providing an outstanding play experience for the children.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- An enthusiastic and caring team player,
- Able to see the best in every child and have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour;
- Passionate about all children thriving at school
- Able to engage and support children with different learning and behavioural needs
- Able to form positive relationships with children and their families
- Trained at least to NVQ2 standard with at least grade C GSCE English and Maths
- An excellent communicator, who is able to talk to children clearly and calmly
