We are looking for a new colleague to join our team.  You will be an enthusiastic and caring team player with high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour. You will be committed to improving standards and ensuring all learners achieve their very best and have the skills to create a stimulating and purposeful learning environment.  You will provide support for children with education health care plans on a one-to-one or small group basis and support children.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate with a wide range of people, including children, their parents/carers and colleagues. You will have a positive attitude, be resilient and hard working with the ability to work on your own initiative while understanding the need to work as part of a cohesive team to secure the best possible learning and teaching for all.

Educated to GCSE C or equivalent and with a high standard of literacy and numeracy, you will have a good working knowledge of the primary national curriculum, ideally having experience of effective teaching to pre-determined plans and have developed skills to motivate and stimulate learning whilst ensuring appropriate pupil behaviour.
